With over 14 years of experience in HR, including corporate and executive roles in Brazil, the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Bolivia, has managed key HR subsystems – Talent Development & Training, Talent Management, Compensation & HR Services, and Business Partnering. Specialized in developing senior leadership teams, worked with companies such as Shell, IBM, and Embratel. Also has experience with startups and entrepreneurship, serving as a mentor and coach for Heads of HR and Founders in this field.
